We're a collective, not a clinic.
Caregivers who listen, supplements that make sense, classes taught by people who've been there, and devices that actually help. Untangle the roots — it's all connected.

Our Caregivers
A collective of practitioners who listen, dig deep, and partner with you for whole-body healing.
Featured CaregiverKjersti Compton
MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC, FNP-C
Kjersti is a dual-certified nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in the healthcare field. She spent the majority of her career in hospital settings; however, her passion for integrative practices was fostered early on through her experiences in her mother's holistic veterinary clinic.
Through life circumstances and as she and her husband began to grow their family, her interest in integrative medicine transformed into a profound passion. The flaws and misconceptions within the conventional healthcare system motivated her to advocate for those who lack access to crucial truths.
Experiencing the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood shaped her focus on women's health. Kjersti champions a holistic view of wellness, understanding that true health encompasses far more than mainstream medicine provides. She believes that maternal wellness is vital for the overall well-being of the family.
“For I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” — Psalm 139:14

Featured CaregiverPeter Fischer
C.H., M.S., D.M.D., PH.D.
Peter Fischer, C.H., M.S., D.M.D., Ph.D. has worked in the medical field since 1977 and brings more than four decades of clinical experience to his integrative practice. He graduated in 1985 from Humboldt University (Charité) in Berlin, Germany, earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) and a Diploma (Master-level degree) in Dental Science. In 1990, he completed his Ph.D. in Medical Science in Berlin.
Following his doctoral training, Dr. Fischer founded a private surgical practice in Berlin, specializing in oral surgery, dental implantology, sinus lifts, bone augmentation, and guided tissue regeneration. Alongside maintaining a highly successful clinical practice, he lectured internationally and taught at universities and major hospitals across Germany, Russia, France, the United States, and India.
In 2006, Dr. Fischer relocated permanently to the United States, expanding his focus into integrative and energy-based medicine — incorporating nutrition, homeopathy, quantum biofeedback, and clinical hypnosis.
“That transition wasn’t a rejection of conventional medicine — it was an expansion.” — Dr. Peter Fischer
Through decades of clinical observation, Dr. Fischer has witnessed the body's remarkable capacity to restore balance when emotional regulation and physiological deficiencies are addressed appropriately. He fully respects pharmaceuticals in acute care and emergencies, but kept seeing that chronic conditions require a deeper strategy than symptom suppression.
Signature Programs & Modalities
Services Offered
Quantum Biofeedback
A different kind of assessment. Quantum Biofeedback is a non-invasive, non-diagnostic wellness assessment that scans your body like a virus-scan on a computer — looking for parasites, deficiencies, weaknesses, allergies, abnormalities, food sensitivities, and much more. It detects the specific stress that blocks your body's self-regulation and works directly with the body electric, where changes begin when a cell's voltage drops below -70mV. It is not a medical test and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease; it shows subtle changes no other test can, because it works directly with the body electric.
- Stress & imbalance detection
- Deficiencies & weaknesses
- Allergies & food sensitivities
- Parasites & abnormalities
- Cellular voltage below -70mV
- Homeostasis & self-regulation
Nutrition & Functional Supplementation
Food is medicine — and so is the right supplement protocol. Dr. Fischer builds personalized nutrition plans from functional labs and clinical intake, targeting deficiencies, inflammation, and the underlying drivers of chronic symptoms.
- Personalized nutrition protocols
- Functional lab interpretation
- Targeted supplementation
- Inflammation & deficiency support
Clinical Hypnosis & Subconscious Healing
Access the subconscious to release the patterns keeping you stuck. Clinical hypnosis gently works beneath the surface — supporting habit change, stress regulation, pain, and the emotional roots that conventional care often overlooks.
- Habit & behavior change
- Stress & nervous-system regulation
- Pain & sleep support
- Subconscious emotional release
Holistic Wellness Consultation
A whole-person intake that weaves together nutrition, homeopathy, energy-based modalities, and lifestyle — the integrative strategy Dr. Fischer has refined over four decades of clinical practice, for chronic conditions that need more than symptom suppression.
- Whole-person integrative assessment
- Homeopathy & energy-based modalities
- Chronic-condition deep-dives
- Lifestyle & root-cause strategy
Anxiety Reset & Burnout Recovery
A nervous-system reset for the wired, the tired, and the running-on-empty. Dr. Fischer brings four decades of integrative and energy-based medicine to anxiety and burnout — not by suppressing the signal, but by teaching the system that the emergency has passed. Hypnosis, biofeedback, nutritional and energetic support, and nervous-system regulation come together in one protocol, so the calm you find is the calm your body keeps.
- Down-regulate a wired, overstimulated nervous system
- Address the cellular & energetic roots of burnout
- Hypnosis & biofeedback for stress regulation
- Restore sleep, focus & capacity
Trauma Healing Pathway
A whole-person pathway for the stuck, the held, and the not-quite-safe. Trauma lives in the nervous system long after the event has passed — in hypervigilance, shutdown, and the patterns that keep repeating. Dr. Fischer weaves clinical hypnosis, biofeedback, and integrative medicine to meet the body where it has been holding — not by reliving everything, but by restoring safety at the level of the nervous system, so the body learns, finally, that it can stand down.
- Restore nervous-system safety & regulation
- Release stored stress at the cellular level
- Hypnosis & biofeedback for trauma patterns
- Whole-person, not just symptom, recovery

Featured CaregiverAudrey Malacara
LPC, CSAT · Master's in Counseling, University of North Texas
Audrey holds a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas and is currently ABD (All But Dissertation) in her PhD program at UNT. With more than eight years of clinical experience in Sex Addiction and Betrayal Trauma Recovery, she brings a blend of advanced training, grounded clinical skill, and heartfelt compassion into the therapy space.
Her approach is relational, challenging, and deeply human. Audrey believes we were designed for connection — and when connection is ruptured, pain often shows up in the form of symptoms such as addiction, OCD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles. She views these not as defects or failures, but as meaningful signals of deep relational wounds that long to be understood and healed.
In the therapy room, Audrey creates a space that is both safe and challenging. She offers warmth, empathy, and steadiness — while also lovingly challenging clients when growth requires courage, honesty, and change. She believes real healing happens when compassion and accountability walk hand in hand.
Healing is not about perfection — it is about connection, compassion, and reclaiming softness where hardness once felt necessary.
Audrey works extensively with individuals and couples navigating betrayal trauma, addiction recovery, compulsive behaviors, relational disconnection, and the survival patterns that form in the wake of deep hurt. Her passion is helping clients move from shame and self-protection into restoration, emotional safety, and a renewed sense of identity and worth.
